How can I verify my profile on Rishtey Karo?
You can verify your profile details by submitting an Aadhar Card ID proof. The Aadhar Card ID proof submitted will not be shown to other members and will be solely used to verify your profile details. Your profile will receive a "Verified" tag post successful verification.
How do I modify my profile?
Login to rishteykaro.com > Click on your User Name at the top. Under drop down menu click on "Manage Profile". On the Manage Profile page you will find various tabs. Click on any tab that you want to update. Fill your proper information and click on "Update Information" button.
How do I see my Public profile?
Login to RishteyKaro.com > Move mouse on "account Icon" in menu. Under drop down menu click on "Dashboard" > Public profile.
How do I "Accept" or "Reject" Interest Requests?
Move mouse on "Dashboard" under drop down menu select "My Interests". In "My Interests/Interest Request", select an option of "Accept" Or "Reject" as you convenience.
How Can I search and View Profiles?
Go To Active Members. Select the 3 dots icon options among the available search option. Select the criteria that you are find in your partner. Click on the "Search" button that you want to view.
How do I Send Express Interest?
Search a profile then click on the ♥ "Express Interest" and send your Interest.
I didn't receive any confirmation link in my inbox.
Sometimes emails get lost. Check in your spam folder. It is also possible that you may have entered an incorrect email address by mistake. You can email us with the Name, username and email address that you used to register. Or it is possible that your email will be queued on our mail server and it may take a while to send an email on your Email ID so kindly checkout email after sometime.
